Current information for insurance & emergency purposes is required annually.
NOTE: Annual registration of volunteers has been one of the most confusing issues. Many who have worked for the same manager for years do not understand why they need to fill out the form each year.
Here's the answer:We need to keep our information current. People marry, people move, people pass away, some people opt out for a year or two & then come back.
