Kentucky Religious Coalition Hosts Jazz Vigil for Roe v Wade

The Kentucky Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice held a jazz-themed “vigil” for Roe v Wade. The coalition expects the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the landmark case in June. a woman’s right to choose to have an abortion without undue government restriction. The coalition also took time during the event to discuss plans on how to support women’s reproductive choice in a post-Roe Kentucky.

The “wake” featured New Orleans-style jazz music and several speakers who support the current interpretation of the law.
